Questions
Do you take payment on the website?+
No. The site is for seeing our work and getting a quote. You settle in the shop or on invoice once your proof is approved.
What file should I send?+
A print-ready PDF is best, but we also take PNG, JPG, AI, PSD, EPS and even a rough sketch. We'll fix the artwork and show you a proof before anything prints.
How fast can I get it?+
Most business print and apparel jobs are ready in about 48 hours. Rush is often possible — ask on your quote.
Is there a minimum order?+
Business cards, flyers and signs have no minimum. Screen-printed apparel and some promo items have small minimums (usually 24) — we'll tell you on the quote.
Can you ship it to me?+
Yes — local pickup and delivery, or we ship nationwide. Add your address to the quote and we'll include it.
